Have you ever wanted to be on stage, but feel uncomfortable in front of many people? Or are you already a speaker and would like to improve your stage presence?
Maybe you have some expertise you want to share and want to learn how to get started. Maybe you are thinking about or have already started on creating your “brand”. Or you’re looking to further establish yourself in the industry.
Then this workshop is for you!
During this full-day event, we will dive deep into techniques for conceiving, constructing and delivering a presentation.
In the morning, we will discuss all that’s necessary to write a talk, from coming up with a title and abstract to building a narrative for the presentation. You will be given tips, tricks, and techniques that you can immediately apply in hands-on exercises.
After a lunch break, we will move on to stage performance exercises, to connect with our bodies and learn how to be truly present. These techniques are commonly used in theatre productions and can help with any kind of face-to-face interactions like meetings or social gatherings.
Finally, we will take all that we’ve learned and prepare and deliver a 5-minute presentation to the group.
The workshop will conclude with a feedback round and time for Q&A.
The costs for the workshop are 200€ (incl. VAT) per person, with lunch included. Only interested in part of the workshop? You can also attend only the morning or afternoon part of the day for 125€ (incl. VAT).
You definitely want to attend, but can’t afford the ticket? Shoot me a message. We have some sponsored tickets available thanks to a generous donor.
To ensure an intimate setting with a proper amount of attention and care, seating is limited to 10.
