Public Speaking Workshop

Have you ever wanted to be on stage, but feel uncomfortable in front of many people? Or are you already a speaker and would like to improve your stage presence? Maybe you have some expertise you want to share and want to learn how to get started. Maybe you are thinking about or have already started on creating your “brand”. Or you’re looking to further establish yourself in the industry. Then this workshop is for you! During this full-day event, we will dive deep into techniques for conceiving, constructing and delivering a presentation. There are two parts to this workshop, which can be the booked as a whole or individually.

Part 1: Building Presentations

We will discuss all that’s necessary to make your talk a memorable one. From coming up with a title and abstract, building a narrative for the presentation to creating the perfect slides. We will also talk broadly about what to keep in mind when taking the stage. You will be given tips, tricks, and techniques that you will immediately apply in hands-on exercises. If the group size allows, attendees can receive direct feedback from me and other attendees on their work. This part will conclude with a Q&A session.
